Our community extends our studio model of collective intelligence. A distributed network of minds, each retaining autonomy, yet connected through shared frameworks of sense-making. Like a neural field, value is not stored in individuals, but in the relationships between them : signals, feedback, and reflection.
This is the Middle Nation in practice. Not just a geography, but a position of awareness. A space between binaries: tradition and progress, local and global, intuition and reason & where clarity is cultivated rather than imposed.

How to Join ?
Our invitation-based membership brings together our core team and diverse community members to explore ideas, develop & feature work, and form enduring connections creating value through shared effort and long-term exchange.

Start by sending us your CV, portfolio, Instagram profile, or a short introduction to your work.
Applications may also begin through email, Instagram DM, WhatsApp, or referral.
Once received, we’ll review your work to understand your discipline, interests, and potential alignment with the Cognitions community.

If there is a strong fit, we’ll invite you for a conversation with our community curator.
This is where we learn more about your practice, how you work, and where your skills may fit within the Cognitions network.
If selected, you’ll be asked to share two selected projects that best represent your work, visual language, and creative direction. These may be featured across Cognitions’ media channels as part of our members profiles.

Once a simple Community Member agreement is signed & accepted, you’ll be welcomed into the Cognitions community.
As the studio grows, our members will be considered first for relevant projects, collaborations, roles, and opportunities that match their expertise.
You’ll also have access to selected community events, participatory sessions, workshops, and gatherings where members can connect, exchange, and be introduced to the wider network.
Membership is voluntary. You may ask to update your profile, replace your selected works, or leave the community at any time.
